Currently, one of the most urgent questions in the scientific literature becomes a question of the educational potential of future specialists. Educational potential is composed of a totality of social competence, moral and spiritual values and needs, the system of conditions for intellectual and creative self-realization and personal qualities of personality. Developing these components, we develop the personality of students. The article reveals the essence and content of the components of the educational potential.

В настоящее время одним из актуальных вопросов в научной литературе становится вопрос развития воспитательного потенциала будущих специалистов. Воспитательный потенциал складывается из совокупности социальных компетентностей, нравственных и духовных ценностей и потребностей, системы условий для интеллектуальной и творческой самореализации личности, а также личностных качеств. Развивая эти компоненты, мы развиваем личность студентов. В статье раскрывается сущность и содержание компонентов воспитательного потенциала.
