
In article the essence of the concepts "condition", "competence-based approach" reveals. Psychology and pedagogical conditions of development of the identity of the student in educational process in higher education institution are defined. Criteria of an assessment and stages of formation of competence of students reveal. The sequence of application of various methods, receptions and forms of the organization of the occupations realized within formation of competence of the personality in the course of training in higher education institution is analyzed.
В статье раскрывается сущность понятий «условие», «компетентностный подход». Определяются психолого-педагогические условия развития личности студента в образовательном процессе в вузе. Раскрываются критерии оценки и этапы формирования компетентности студентов. Анализируется последовательность применения различных методов, приемов и форм организации занятий, реализуемых в рамках формирования компетентности личности в процессе обучения в вузе.
