Abstract

The author analyses the problem of the social functions development of the disabled and handicapped people education system. The paper discloses difficulties the disabled face with in their educational situations and shows the opportunities of a humanistic personality-oriented education model when building the strategy of the disabled educational activities

Автор анализирует проблему развития социальных функций системы образования инвалидов, раскрывает трудности, с которыми встречаются инвалиды в образовательной ситуации, а также возможности использования потенциала гуманистической личностно-ориентированной модели образования в условиях выстраивания стратегии образовательной деятельности инвалидов
