Система повышения квалификации сотрудников Научной библиотеки Томского государственного университета на современном этапе

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются опыт организации повышения квалификации сотрудников Научной библиотеки ТГУ, особенности работы по данному направлению. Анализируются формы, виды и уровни повышения квалификации, которые применяются в библиотеке в настоящее время.

The article discusses the experience of training staff of the Scientific Library of Tomsk State University and the work particularities in this direction. Forms, types and levels of upgrade skills, which are used in the library nowadays, are analyzed.
