Abstract

This paper discusses issues related to the problem starting diesel engines of tractors at bezgarazhnom storage at low negative ambient temperatures. Based on an analysis of existing methods and systems designs for thermal preparation of diesel engines starting preheaters proposed structures in various designs of heat exchangers, where the source of thermal energy are the most widely used in everyday life gasoline burner. On the basis of the proposed plant design, preliminary studies on the pre-start heating of engine coolant agricultural tractors MTZ-80 and DT-75NB. The results show the efficiency of gasoline burners as a thermal module, pre-heaters tractor engines. Application design preheater thermoelectric modules to realize the independent mode power auxiliary coolant pump, and thereby provide a battery life of the heater.
