Готовность будущего педагога к профессиональным коммуникациям

Abstract

В статье раскрывается понятие готовности будущего педагога к педагогическим коммуникациям в инновационном образовательном пространстве. Дается представление готовности на персонально-идентификационном, профессионально-коммуникативном, инновационно-коммуникативном уровнях. Сформулированы и обоснованы критерии и показатели развития коммуникативного потенциала педагога на каждом из обозначенных уровней.

The article reveals the understanding of readiness of a future teacher for pedagogical communication in innovative educational space. It provides an overview of readiness at personal-identification, professional-communicative and innovativecommunicative levels. The criteria and indicators of the development of teachers, communicative potential are revealed at each level.
