Становление культуры самовыражения будущих педагогов в учебном процессе вуза

Abstract

The article is devoted to consideration of the promotion of a culture of self-expression of future teachers. Describes the significant characteristics of this phenomenon emanating from the essence of self-organized and educational activities. Revealing the cultural peculiarities of expression of the teacher, the author shows which of them it is necessary to Orient the educational process in higher educational institutions, most assisting the formation of the considered culture. The article is listed on the six relevant conditions: isolation in the classroom through meaningful lines associated with the cultural expression of the teacher; the introduction into curricula of relevant subjects; organization of activity of students with a focus on the formation of their culture of self-expression; a high level of culture of self-expression teachers; in a certain way-organized educational environment of the University.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопроса о становлении культуры самовыражения будущих педагогов. Приведено описание существенных характеристик этого феномена, исходящих из сути самоорганизуемой и педагогической деятельности. Раскрывая особенности культуры самовыражения педагога, автор показывает, на какие из них необходимо ориентировать учебный процесс в вузе, максимально содействуя становлению рассматриваемой культуры. В статье указано на шесть соответствующих условий: выделение в учебных дисциплинах сквозных содержательных линий, связанных с вопросами культуры самовыражения педагога; внесение в учебные планы соответствующих учебных предметов; организация деятельности студентов с ориентацией на становление их культуры самовыражения; высокий уровень культуры самовыражения преподавателей; определенным образом организованная образовательная среда вуза.
