Abstract

The article describes the main areas of psychological assistance to orphan students, who have mental health disorders. The assistance is fulfilled in the course of consultations. The consulting is viewed as a possible form of assistance to orphanage home leavers. The authors conclude that the cognitive-behavioral consulting of orphan students can be directed to correction of delinquent behavior, development of constructive thinking, teaching sociably accepted ways of communication and self-control.
