Влияние профессиональной спортивной деятельности на здоровье и социально-психологический статус женщин

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено влияние профессиональной спортивной деятельности на возраст достижения высоких результатов, здоровье, внешность и личностные особенности женщин. Показано, что средние показатели возраста выполнения разрядных норм и требований ЕВСК в большинстве случаев являются относительно стабильными. По мнению большинства опрошенных женщин, спорт положительно влияет на состояние здоровья, внешние данные, эмоционально-волевую сферу и формирование многих черт характера

In the article the influence of professional sports activity on age of top results achievements, health, appearance and peculiarities of women as persons is considered. It's shown that in many cases the medium data of age of degree qualifying are relatively stable. According to the majority of women questioned, sport influences positively the state of health, appearance, sphere of emotion and will and formation of many traits of character.
