Abstract

The analysis of moving the fuel’s fluid stream into hydraulic tract of cylindrical guiding precision interface of the nozzle from diesel’s fuel injector is performed in application to different models of fluid dynamic (CFD). The distribution of the pressures and velocities of fuel in the interface, values of the radial force and problems of the increasing the service life of the guiding precision interface are considered and estimated by means of modeling for high (up to 120 MPa) values of the pressure of fuel injection.

Применительно к различным моделям поточной динамики (CFD) выполнен анализ движения потока топлива в гидравлическом тракте цилиндрического направляющего прецизионного сопряжения распылителя топливной форсунки дизеля. Моделированием получено распределение давлений и скоростей потока топлива в сопряжении, определены значения радиальной силы и рассмотрены вопросы повышения ресурса направляющего прецизионного сопряжения при высоких (до 120 МПа) давлениях впрыска топлива.
