Финансовое и материально-техническое обеспечение развития детско-юношеского спорта в Украине

Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость формирования соответствующего финансового и материально-технического обеспечения детско-юношеского спорта в Украине на основе анализа статистических данных функционирования сферы физической культуры и спорта. Определены нормативно-правовые предпосылки формирования эффективной системы детско-юношеского спорта в Украине. Материально-техническая база ДЮСШ за последнее десятилетие пришла в упадок. Большинство школ нуждаются в капитальном ремонте. Финансово-материальное обеспечение детско -юношеского спорта нуждается в кардинальных изменениях.

Corresponding financial and material support of child-youthful sports necessity of formation proves in Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of statistical data of functioning sphere of physical culture and sports. Normative legal premises of formation of effective system of children's youthful sports in Ukraine are defined. The material engineering basis of children's youthful sports schools for last decade has come to decline. The majority of schools require big repair. Financial material security of children's youthful sports requires cardinal changes.
