Психологические особенности эмпатии у студентов

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the empathy phenomenon as the personality characteristic which is necessary for successful communication and interaction. The empirical study results of the characteristic of empathy, emotional intelligence of the humanities students and engineering students, relationship of empathy and altruistic tendencies are given in the scientific work. The authors emphasize the relevance to improve the level of empathy among students and adduce recommendationsfor teachers of psychological disciplines.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению феномена эмпатии как свойства личности, необходимого для успешного общения и взаимодействия. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования особенностей эмпатии и эмоционального интеллекта у студентов гуманитарных и инженерных специальностей, представлена связь эмпатии и альтруистических тенденций личности. Авторы подчеркивают необходимость повышения уровня эмпатии у студентов и дают рекомендации для преподавателей психологических дисциплин.
