Abstract

Considered are the basic problems of petrochemical branch enterprises development in the Republic of Belarus in modern conditions. The paper is shown of innovation development as intensive factor which have influence to enterprises of the «Belneftehim» concern. Analyzed are the basic elements of the concept of effective innovation environment formation, including mechanism of innovation activity financing of the petrochemical branch enterprises, model of staff motivation for realization of innovation projects, structure of innovation development management at the level of separate enterprises and the «Belneftehim» concern as whole. The offered concept can be transformed into the complex of measures directed to formation of effective innovation environment at the enterprises of petrochemical branch in the Republic of Belarus.

В статье раскрыты основные проблемы в развитии предприятий нефтехимического комплекса Республики Беларусь в современных условиях, показано значение инноваций как интенсивного фактора, влияющего на развитие предприятий отрасли. Определены основные элементы концепции формирования эффективной инновационной среды, включая механизм финансирования инновационной деятельности предприятий нефтехимического комплекса, модель мотивации персонала в области реализации отдельных проектов, структуру управления инновационным развитием на уровне отдельных предприятий и концерна «Белнефтехим» в целом. Предложенная концепция может быть трансформирована в комплекс мероприятий, направленных на формирование эффективной инновационной среды на предприятиях нефтехимического комплекса
