Автоматизация энергоучета жилищно-коммунального хозяйства

Abstract

Рассматривается подход к автоматизации систем учета энергетических параметров жилищно-коммунального хозяйства с использованием сенсорных сетей, предоставляющий расширенные функциональные возможности, в том числе распределенную регистрацию энергетических параметров, беспроводную передачу информации, удаленный доступ к результатам учета с разделением прав пользователей, аналитический аппарат. Автоматизированный энергоучет жилищно-коммунального хозяйства на основе технологии ZigBee позволит создать информационную инфраструктуру сбора данных, позволяющую обеспечить прозрачность потребления энергии, гарантировать централизованное накопление и обработку энергетических параметров, включая профили потребления и потерь, способствовать выявлению нерационального расхода топливно-энергетических ресурсов, идентификации технологически обоснованного уровня энергопотребления, прогнозировать и нормировать энергопотребление. Построены обобщенная структурная схема автоматизированной системы, структурная схема и алгоритм работы подсистемы сбора данных энергетического учета ЖКХ.

The paper presents an approach to automation of accounting systems of energy parameters of housing and communal services on the basis of sensor networks, providing new features, including the allocation of the registration of the energy parameters, wireless data transmission, remote access to the results of the accounting division of user rights, an analytical apparatus. Automated Energy accounting housing and communal services based on ZigBee technology will create an information infrastructure to collect data for energy consumption to ensure transparency, ensure centralized accumulation and processing of energy parameters, including profiles of consumption and waste, help to identify wastage of energy resources, identification of technologically feasible level energy, predict and normalized energy consumption. A block diagram of the automated system and block diagram of the data acquisition subsystem of energy accounting utilities are presented.
