Влияние метформина на клинико-метаболические параметры при ожирении у детей и подростков

Abstract

In given article the information on a problem of obesity and metabolic set of symptoms among children and teenagers is submitted. Advantages and disadvantages of the basic kinds of treatment and prophylaxis of obesity among these patients are reflected. The brief characteristic of the preparation Glukophage and infrequent experience of its application in pediatric practice are given. Positive influence the preparation on some anthropometric parameters, the level of systolic arterial pressure and metabolic parameters among patients are marked. By-effects among children accepting Glukophage are not marked. Taking into account all this information it is necessary to continue studying of Glukophage's influence on the basic exchange of growing organism.

В данной статье представлена информация по проблеме ожирения и метаболического синдрома (МС) у детей и подростков. Отражены преимущества и недостатки основных видов лечения и профилактики ожирения среди этих больных. Дана краткая характеристика препарата Глюкофаж и редкий опыт его применения в педиатрической практике. Отмечено позитивное влияние препарата на некоторые антропометрические показатели, уровень САД и метаболические параметры у больных с ожирением. Побочных эффектов у детей, принимавших Глюкофаж, отмечено не было. Учитывая все выше изложенное, необходимо продолжить изучение влияния Глюкофажа на основной обмен растущего организма при более длительном его применении.
