Abstract

In an article in the context of the evolution of the main theories of innovation development communication the main actors of the innovation system government, business and science considered, the Russian peculiarities of their interaction analyzed and the possibility of using the mechanisms of public-private partnerships in the innovation sector substantiated to attract private capital investment in process innovation.

Рассмотрены связи основных акторов инновационной системы, проанализирована российская специфика их взаимодействия и обоснованы возможности применения механизмов частно-государственного партнерства в инновационной сфере для привлечения частного капитала в процессы инвестирования инновационной деятельности
