Педагогическая толерантность как составляющая коммуникативной компетентности учителей общеобразовательной школы

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются понятия коммуникативной компетентности, педагогической толерантности, представлены структура и характеристика коммуникативной компетентности учителей общеобразовательной школы. Авторами выделены и охарактеризованы четыре типа педагогов с высоким уровнем толерантности, а также представлена классификация интолерантных учителей, способных занимать как активную, так и пассивную позицию в межличностных отношениях. Выявлено, что педагогическая толерантность является одной из основных составляющих коммуникативной компетентности учителя общеобразовательной школы.

The article discusses communicative competence and pedagogical tolerance. The structure and characteristics of the communicative competence of secondary school teachers is considered. The authors distinguish and describe four types of teachers with a high level of tolerance, as well as present the classification of intolerant teachers capable to adopt both active and passive position in the interpersonal relations. It is revealed that the pedagogical tolerance is one of the main components of the communicative competence of secondary schools teachers.
