Abstract

The paper considers some results of foreign experience in studying the behavior of children with permanent destructive behavior beginning from early preschool age. The author shows the characteristics of early delinquency as described in the foreign sources, risk factors and prerequisites of its manifestation as well as the most effective measures of influence on its formation.
