Формирование когнитивной составляющей методической компетенции бакалавров и магистров направления подготовки «Педагогическое образование» (профиль «Информатика и информационные технологии в образовании»)

Abstract

The article is devoted to some issues of the forming such a methodical competence as “readiness to educate and train in the field of computer science according to the requirements of the federal state educational standards; to apply educational technologies appropriate to student’s age features and to domain specifics of a computer science” for graduated Bachelors of a profile of “Computer science and information technologies for education” and for graduated Masters of the same educational profile. The mentioned competence is forming within the framework of both “Methods of a training and education in a computer science” discipline and the range of other disciplines of a professional cycle. The article emphasises the forming of a cognitive component of this competence; distinguishes the knowledge and functional components of the competence for graduated Bachelors and Masters; justifies the difference in a manifestation for knowledge and functional components of the competence applied to various educational stages.

Статья посвящена вопросам формирования методической компетенции выпускников бакалавриата по направлению «Педагогическое образование» (профиль «Информатика и информационные технологии в образовании») «готов к осуществлению обучения и воспитания в области информатики в соответствии с требованиями федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов общего образования, к использованию образовательных технологий, соответствующих возрастным особенностям обучающихся и отражающих специфику предметной области Информатика» и соответствующей компетенции выпускников магистратуры. В статье сделан акцент на формировании когнитивной составляющей компетенции, выделены знаниевый и функциональный компоненты указанной компетенции для выпускников бакалавриата и магистратуры; обосновано различие в проявлениях знаниевых и функциональных компонентов методической компетенции для различных этапов обучения.
