Abstract

В статье поднимается проблема полиэтнической компетентности классного руководителя как детерминанты психологической безопасности школьника в поликультурной образовательной среде. Автор проводит мысль о том, что успешное функционирование образовательной системы современной России возможно при условии ее обеспеченности специалистами, компетентность которых основывается на интеграции ряда культур. Обосновывается роль классного руководителя в создании оптимальной развивающей микросреды и благоприятного морально-психологического климата в классе. Автором описывается структурное содержание полиэтнической компетентности классного руководителя и обосновывается необходимость её научного исследования. Актуальность статьи связана с усилением миграционных потоков вынужденных переселенцев, беженцев и трудовых мигрантов.

The article raises the problem of multi-ethnic classroom teacher competencies as determinants of psychological safety of the student in a multicultural educational environment. The author holds the idea that the success of the educational system of modern Russia is possible if its security experts, the competence of which is based on the integration of a number of crops. Substantiates the role of the classroom teacher in creating optimal micro-environment and developing a favorable moral and psychological climate in the classroom. The author describes the structural maintenance of the competence of a multi-ethnic classroom teacher and the necessity of its scientific research. Relevance of the article is associated with increased migration flows of internally displaced persons, refugees and migrant workers.
