Предпринимательские университеты в образовательной стратегии государства

Abstract

Формирование концепции предпринимательских университетов прошло несколько основных этапов, среди которых развитие предпринимательства в западных университетах XIX середины ХХ веков; линейная модель инноваций; модель «тройной спирали» Г. Ицковица; подход Б.Р. Кларка; процессный подход. Особое внимание уделено роли предпринимательского университета в социально-экономическом развитии региона, также выявлено место предпринимательских университетов в образовательной стратегии России.

The entrepreneurial universities concept’s formation took several stages including the development of entrepreneurship in West ern universities XIX mid XX century; linear model of innovation; Etzkowitz H.’ model "Triple Helix"; Clark B.R.’ approach; process approach. Particular attention is paid to the role of the entrepreneurial university in socio-economic region’ development, also it is found a place of business universities in the educational strategy of Russia.
