Компетентностный подход в дополнительном профессиональном образовании

Abstract

Competency-based approach to adult and vocational education system (AVES) to adapt the educational services of AVES to requirements of labor market as well as mechanism of formation and perfection of workforce competences in AVES have been offered. It is considered that structure of competences is determined by competence-profiles. Competence-profiles can help to define the educational aims of themes and modules of educational programs. The examples of universal competences and their competence-profiles for medical doctors were determined with expert method. In offered approach a new item such as 'sub-profiles of competence-profiles' allows to formalize processes of training and perfection of competences while qualification improving of workforce in AVES.

В статье обсуждаются возможности компетентностного подхода в дополнительном профессиональном образовании (ДПО) с точки зрения адаптации образовательных услуг системы ДПО к требованиям рынка труда. Предложен механизм формирования и совершенствования компетенций специалистов в системе ДПО. Рассмотрена структура компетенций, определяемая профилями компетенций, которые представляют собой учебные цели тем, разделов и модулей образовательных программ. Приведены примеры универсальных компетенций и их профилей для врачей, определенные экспертным методом. Предложено понятие «субпрофиль» компетенций, позволяющее формализовать процессы обучения и приращения компетенций при повышении квалификации специалистов в системе ДПО.
