Abstract

This article deals with the problem of improving the quality of professional education in pedagogical university. The author discusses the results of the investigation of the extent of student’s responsibility for educational process. Moreover, the author analyses interrelation of the level of responsibility and the effectiveness of learning in class. The article proposes solutions to the revealed problem by introducing in educational practice of the university of projection and implementation technology of the methodological structure of lessons based on generalized model of effective educational activities and creating of an internal personalized professional development system of the university based on the data of an independent expertise of the classroom teaching quality.

В статье рассмотрена проблема повышения качества профессионального образования студентов педагогического университета. Обсуждены результаты исследования степени их ответственности за результаты образования. Проанализирована взаимосвязь уровня ответственности и эффективности обучения студентов в ходе аудиторных занятий. Предложены пути решения выявленной проблемы с помощью внедрения в образовательную практику вуза технологии проектирования и реализации методической структуры занятий на основе обобщенной модели эффективной образовательной деятельности, создания внутренней персонифицированной системы повышения профессиональной квалификации преподавателей вуза на базе данных независимой экспертизы качества аудиторных занятий.
