Модель формирования аутопсихологической компетентности студентов вуза как фактор повышения качества профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость формирования аутопсихологической компетентности у студентов педагогических специальностей в период их вузовского обучения. Результатом работы стала авторская модель формирования аутопсихологической компетентности студентов, областью ее применения является процесс подготовки будущих педагогов. Апробация модели подтвердила ее эффективность, индикатором этого стал переход студентов с низкого на высокий уровень сформированности аутопсихологической компетентности. В ходе эксперимента доказана взаимообусловленность аутопсихологической компетентности с эффективным вхождением молодого специалиста в профессиональную деятельность. Модель не предполагает кардинальной перестройки сложившейся системы вузовского обучения, для ее внедрения рекомендовано использовать аудиторные занятия предметов психолого-педагогического цикла, профессиональные практики, включение в общественно значимую деятельность. Подчеркивается, что актуализация внутреннего потенциала личности выступает фактором повышения качества профессиональной подготовки выпускников вуза.

In the article the necessity of formation of auto-psychological competence of teaching specialties’ students in their high school training is proved. The author’s model of the formation of auto-psychological students’ competence became the result of this work. The field of its application is a process of preparation of future teachers. The testing model has corroborated its efficiency and students’ transition from low to high level of generated auto-psychological competence became the indicator of that. During the experiment the interdependency of auto-psychological competence of the young specialist in professional activity was proved. The model does not mean fundamental changes of the developed system of high school training. To introduce this, it is recommended to use classroom lessons of a psych educational subjects, professional practice, and activation in socially important activities. It should be emphasized that internal capacity of the personality foregrounding is a factor of quality improvement of professional training of university’s graduates.
