Федеральные источники правового регулирования инновационной деятельности в сфере предпринимательства

Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of the absence of federal law devoted to innovative activities in the Russian Federation. The aim of this article is to identify the federal sources of legal regulation of innovative activities, the identification of necessity for the codification of the legislation in the sphere of innovative activities, through the adoption of the Innovative code of the Russian Federation.

В статье акцентируется внимание на проблеме отсутствия федерального закона, регламентирующего инновационную деятельность в Российской Федерации. Статья имеет целью выявление федеральных источников правового регулирования инновационной деятельности, необходимости проведения кодификации действующего законодательства в сфере инновационной деятельности путем принятия Инновационного кодекса Российской Федерации.
