Abstract

В статье представлена методика подготовки детей младшего школьного возраста к массовым спортивно-художественным представлениям в рамках третьего урока физической культуры в условиях общеобразовательной школы. Ее ключевыми факторами являются комплексное использование различных видов гимнастики, акробатики и танцев, музыкальное сопровождение, подготовка спортивно-художественных композиций различной идейно-тематической направленности. Предложенная структура подготовки младших школьников к массовым спортивно-художественным представлениям, включающая физический, технический и музыкально-двигательный компоненты, позволяет одновременно в синтезе решать общеразвивающие, оздоровительные и образовательные задачи. Определено влияние применения массовых спортивно-художественных представлений на мотивационную сферу личности ребенка, физическую подготовленность и функциональное состояние школьников младших классов. В исследовании приняли участие 84 ребенка в возрасте 9–11 лет, составившие экспериментальную и контрольную группы.

In the article presents a methodology for the preparation of primary school children to mass sports and artistic representations in the third lesson of physical culture in the secondary school. Her key factors is integrated use of different kinds of gymnastics, acrobatics and dance, music, sports training and artistic compositions of various ideological and thematic focus. The proposed structure for junior schoolchildren to mass sports and artistic representations, including physical, technical and musical-motor components, allows the simultaneous synthesis solve general developing, health and educational tasks. The influence of the organization and conduct of mass sports and artistic representation on the motivational sphere of the child’s personality, physical preparedness and functional state of the primary school children. The study involved 84 children of 9–11 years old, formed the experimental and control groups.
