Abstract

In article the importance of preparation of future bachelor in the direction – Aircraft industry to risk management is investigated. Types of risks, characteristic for the aircraft industry enterprises are studied. The analysis of a riskologichesky situation in aircraft industry is given. Riskologichesky features of innovative projects in the aircraft manufacturing industry are marked out. Classes of such risks (technical, design, marketing, personnel, administrative, budgetary) are established. Factors of risks and risk management structure are allocated. Experience of riskologichesky preparation of future bachelors in the direction – Aircraft industry at the enterprises of the Orenburg region, and also in the conditions of modernization of a machine-building complex of the region is presented. The directions of selection of the content of riskologichesky preparation of future bachelors, and also its problems are offered. To them studying of innovations, realization of-level preparation, motivation of bachelors are referred to training in a magistracy, selection of the content of education and productive forms of quasivocational training in practice, increase of requirements to qualification of future engineers. Experience of interaction of the educational organization (university complex) with the aircraft industry enterprises, and also prospects of development of network educational programs is reflected. – Aircraft industry the competences combining knowledge of sources of risks and ability to operate risks, and also readiness for responsibility for consequences of the riskologichesky actions are recognized as result of riskologichesky preparation of future bachelors on the direction.

В статье исследуется значимость подготовки будущего бакалавра по направлению – «Авиастроение» к управлению рисками. Изучены виды рисков, характерных для предприятий авиастроения. Дан анализ рискологической обстановки в авиастроении. Выделены рискологические особенности инновационных проектов в авиастроительной промышленности. Установлены классы таких рисков (технические, проектный, маркетинговый, кадровый, управленческий, бюджетный). Выделены факторы рисков и структура управления рисками. Представлен опыт рискологической подготовки будущих бакалавров по направлению «Авиастроение» на предприятиях Оренбургской области, а также в условиях модернизации машиностроительного комплекса региона. Предложены направления отбора содержания рискологической подготовки будущих бакалавров, а также ее проблемы. К ним отнесены изучение инноваций, реализация уровневой подготовки, мотивация бакалавров к обучению в магистратуре, отбор содержания образования и продуктивных форм квазипрофессиональной подготовки на практике, повышение требований к квалификации будущих инженеров. Отражен опыт взаимодействия образовательной организации (университетский комплекс) с предприятиями авиастроения, а также перспективы разработки сетевых образовательных программ. Результатом рискологической подготовки будущих бакалавров по направлению «Авиастроение» признаны компетенции, сочетающие знание источников рисков и умение управлять рисками, а также готовность к ответственности за последствия своих рискологических действий.
