Педагогическое образование – фундамент строительства будущего

Abstract

В связи с включением педагогического университета (РГПУ) в структуру Южного федерального университета встал вопрос о создании модели педагогического образования университетского типа. Ее структурными элементами являются следующие подсистемы: образовательно-профессиональная, социально-воспитательная, научно-исследовательская, дополнительного образования и повышения квалификации педагогических кадров, управления. Мы полагаем, что она должна быть институционально отлична от моделей, принятых в педагогических и классических университетах, и иметь свою особую миссию – обеспечить становление университета как научно-профессионально-образовательного, культурно-воспитательного и инновационного педагогического центра региона.

In connection with the inclusion of Pedagogical University into the structure of Southern Federal University, the question of development of the university pedagogical education model has arisen. Structural elements of this model are the following: educational and vocational subsystem, social and educational subsystem, research subsystem, teachers’ supplementary education and skills upgrading, management subsystem. In our opinion, this model should have its own mission – to ensure university to become a centre in research, professional education, culture, upbringing and innovation development in the region.
