Психологический анализ профессиональной педагогической компетентности учителей с различным уровнем тревожности

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические подходы к пониманию профессиональной педагогической компетентности, анализируется ее природа и внутриличностные основания. Описаны результаты собственного эмпирического исследования влияния тревожности на различные показатели педагогической компетентности учителя. Приведены данные анализа проявлений профессиональной компетентности учителей с различными характеристиками эмоциональной сферы в пространстве общения и взаимодействия с учениками на уроке.

The paper considers theoretical approaches to understanding the professional pedagogical compe-tence, analyze its nature and intrapersonal foundation. The results of their own empirical study of the effect of anx-iety on various indicators of educational competence of the teacher. The data analysis displays of professional competence of teachers with different characteristics of the emotional sphere in the space of communication and interaction with students in the classroom.
