Этнокультурный подход к подготовке студентов педагогических вузов

Abstract

This article studies the problem of establishing of ethnocultural approach to education, author’s characteristics of the principle of ethnic level of culture is given as concrete and scientific. The definition of ethnocultural approach to education is given in the paper as well, its importance for educational activity is studied. This article studies the purpose and aim of ethnocultural education of students of higher pedagogical institutions, its orientation on formation of civilization, patriotism, ethnocultural, polycultural, intercultural identity, ethnic and ethnocultural tolerance, on formation of ethnocultural-pedagogical competence, on ability to activity in the polycultural and polyethnic environment at students of higher pedagogical institutions, requirements to the extent of training of students in the field of ethnocultural education are determined, it proves importance of such education for development of a personality of a future teacher.

В статье рассматривается проблема становления этнокультурного подхода к образованию, дается авторская характеристика принципа этнокультурности как конкретно-научного. В работе дается определение этнокультурного подхода к образованию, затрагиваются его значимость для образовательной практики. В статье рассматриваются цель, задачи этнокультурной подготовки студентов педагогических вузов, направленность ее на становление у студентов педагогических вузов гражданственности, патриотизма, этнокультурной, поликультурной, межкультурной идентичности, этнической и этнокультурной толерантности, формирование этнокультурно-педагогической компетентности, способности к деятельности в поликультурной и полиэтнической среде, определяются требования к уровню подготовки студентов в плане реализации этнокультурного образования, делается вывод о важности данной подготовки для становления личности будущего учителя.
