Abstract

There is a new scheme of current pulse to an electric pulse welding generator on the basis of two-transformer combination converter (TTCC). We investigated the influence of parasitic circuit elements and the influence of the off-time of the TTCC power switches on the rate of current rise in the pulse formation.

Предложена новая схема формирователя импульсов тока для электродуговой импульсной сварки на основе двухтрансформаторного комбинированного преобразователя (ДКП). Проведена оценка влияния паразитных параметров ДКП и времени выключения силовых ключей на скорость нарастания тока при формировании фронта импульса.
