Мясная продуктивность свиней на фоне применения хитозана

Abstract

The use of Chytozane supplement in feeding swine has been studied. It is established that the above preparation stimulates increase of slaughter weight, carcass meat output, improves pork quality, it also has a positive effect on the morphological and chemical structure of meat and improves the flavor of broth, cooked and roast pork.

Изучено применение свиньям хитозана. Установлено, что препарат увеличивает убойный вес, выход мяса в туше, улучшает качество туши, оказывает положительное влияние на их морфологический состав и химический состав мяса, улучшает вкусовые качества бульона, варёной и жареной мякоти.
