Теоретические методы опытно-экспериментальной работы в педагогике профессионального образования

Abstract

Представлены классификация и анализ логических методов, методов моделирования, форсайт-метода, интегративно-контекстных методов, изучения передового педагогического опыта, анализа случая как теоретических методов опытно-экспериментальной работы в педагогике профессионального образования. Предложена классификация инноваций в системе профессионального образования по следующим основаниям: объем применения инноваций; степень сложности инноваций; вид эффекта, полученного в результате внедрения инновации; форма новшества; область применения; инновационный потенциал; отношение инноваций к предшественникам; инновации, связанные с изменением статуса образовательного учреждения; инновации, различающиеся по уровню финансирования.Установлено, что критерии отбора передового педагогического опыта в профессиональной школе включают: соответствие тенденциям развития профессионального образования и требованиям инновационной экономики; устойчивые положительные результаты по опережающей подготовке будущих специалистов и качеству профессионального образования при наименьших затратах; взаимодействие общенаучных, психолого-педагогических, профессиональных знаний и методики решения педагогической задачи. К основным формам изучения передового педагогического опыта можно отнести: открытые занятия, конференции, педагогические чтения, педагогические выставки, дискуссии, семинары, виртуальную выставку.

The classification and analysis of logical methods, modeling techniques, Foresight method, integrative and contextual methods of studying the advanced pedagogical experience, analysis of the case as the theoretical methods of experimental work in teaching vocational education. The classification of innovation in vocational education for the following reasons: the scope of application of innovation; the complexity of innovation; kind of effect resulting from the introduction of innovation; form of innovation; application area; innovation capacity; attitude to innovation predecessors; innovation related to changes in the status of the educational institution; innovations differ in the level of funding.It is established that the criteria for selection of best educational experience in a vocational school include: compliance with the trends of development of vocational education and the requirements of an innovative economy; consistently positive results in advanced training of future professionals and the quality of vocational education at the lowest cost; the interaction of general scientific, psychological and pedagogical, skills and techniques of solving educational problems. The main forms of study of advanced pedagogical experience include: open sessions, conferences, teaching reading, teaching exhibitions, discussions, workshops, a virtual exhibition.
