Abstract

Раскрыты особенности повышения квалификации педагогических кадров в учреждении дополнительного профессионально-педагогического образования. Обоснованы подходы к проектированию образовательного процесса в соответствии с психологическими особенностями взрослых обучающихся.

The features of teachers training in the institution of skills development are described. The approaches to the design of the educational process according to the psychological characteristic of adult learners are justified.
