Abstract

This article analyzes the relationship between international globalization and the transformation of the energy security concept. The energy landscape is changing, the end consumer more and more emphasis on clean energy on one side and cheap energy with the other, forcing many governments to regularly review its energy policy. Today many EU countries are moving towards a more integrated approach that includes the involvement of industrial economic circulation of renewable energy sources and the use of a package of measures to improve energy efficiency, as well as research, innovation and application of low-carbon energy technologies, and ensuring security of supply.
