Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the conditions for the formation of children and adult community education in the teaching staff of educational institutions. The level differences of positions and perceptions of teachers on educational organization in which they work. Identified by the school relative levels of formation for children and adult educational community: school-production organization, school staff, school children and adult education community. This study was conducted by examining the level of formation of children´s and adult education community in evaluations of teachers. In a research istrumentarii central place is given to the following components of children´s and adult education community: the school´s mission, values, cultural and social patterns; traditions and events; level of mutual understanding between the subjects of the educational process. The dependence of the position of the teacher on the level of educational institutions in relation to the formation of children´s and adult education community. The main part of the teachers, who are representatives of educational institutions, schools, children´s and adult education community, were able to provide in the questionnaires real mission of the school, based on the significant unifying idea, common traditions of understanding the meaning and their historical and cultural roots. For a given level of the school is characterized by the predominance of a high degree of mutual understanding between all participants in the educational process.

Данное исследование проводилось с целью выявления условий формирования детско-взрослой образовательной общности в педагогических коллективах образовательных организаций. Исследовался уровень различия позиций и представлений педагогов на образовательную организацию, в которой они работают. Были определены школы относительно уровней формирования детско-взрослой образовательной общности: школа – производственная организация, школа-коллектив, школа – детско-взрослая образовательная общность. Данное исследование проводилось путём изучения уровня формирования детско-взрослой образовательной общности в оценках педагогов. В исследовательском инструментарии центральное место уделялось следующим компонентам детско-взрослой образовательной общности: миссия школы, ценности, культурные и социальные образцы, традиции и события, степень взаимопонимания между субъектами образовательного процесса. Установлена зависимость позиций педагогов от уровня образовательных организаций в отношении формирования детско-взрослой образовательной общности. Основная часть педагогов, являющиеся представителями школ детско-взрослой образовательной общности, смогла представить в анкетах реальную миссию школы, основанную на значимой объединяющей идее, общих традициях с пониманием смысла и их исторических и культурных корнях. Для данного уровня школы характерно преобладание высокой степени взаимопонимания между всеми участниками образовательного процесса.
