Повышение конкурентоспособности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса путем реструктуризации учетных систем

Abstract

The article examines the state of agro-industrial complex and grounds the necessity of improving its competitiveness. Main lines of agriculture development within the frames of regional special program are analyzed. The mechanism to enhance the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises through improving accounting systems and applying reengineering methods is proposed. The mechanism is supposed to boost the efficiency of the use of labour, material, and financial resources of an enterprise.

Анализируются состояние и необходимость повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса, основные направления развития сельского хозяйства в рамках краевой целевой программы. Разработан механизм повышения конкурентоспособности агропромышленных предприятий за счет совершенствования учетных систем и использования методов реструктуризации, что позволит повысить эффективность использования трудовых, материальных и финансовых ресурсов предприятия.
