Формирование толерантности будущих педагогов в образовательном процессе

Abstract

The paper defines the concept of teaching tolerance; concretizes the concept of pedagogical conditions conducive to its development in the educational process of students future teachers; reveals axiological foundation of tolerance, the stages of its development (such as focus on the values of tolerance, tolerance appropriation of values and their fixation in the activity); identifies pedagogical conditions in developing tolerance and proves their efficiency through the research work. The authors put forward the idea of using the potential of the educational process, the content of the psychological and pedagogical disciplines for the development of tolerance that they reasonably define as an integrative personal quality. The paper proves understanding of tolerance as a key competence of the teacher, as well as the conditions and stages of its development

В статье рассматриваются теоретические подходы к формированию толерантных ценностей у студентов будущих педагогов и их практическая реализация в образовательном процессе вуза. Педагогическая толерантность понимается как ценность, формированию которой способствуют условия, эффективность которых подтверждена экспериментально
