Состояние объектов историко-культурного наследия как индикатор уровня экологической и техногенной безопасности города Казани

Abstract

В Республике Татарстан насчитывается более 7 тысяч объектов культурного наследия. Наблюдения за их состоянием показывают, что они нуждаются в действенной охране, консервации и реставрации. Важно не только сохранить, но и создать условия для функционирования памятников старины. Для систематизации возникающих рисков и проведения научно-обоснованных мероприятий по сохранению объектов культуры предлагается проводить анализ рисков возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера на таких объектах с помощью инновационного метода, на основании которого в дальнейшем вырабатываются рекомендации и план действий по минимизации техносферных рисков.

In the Republic of Tatarstan there are more than 7 thousand objects of cultural heritage. Observing their state show that they need effective protection, conservation and restoration. It is important not only to maintain but also to create conditions for operation were buried Cove antiquity. To organize the emerging risks and research-based activities on conservation of the cultural offer is to analyze the risks of emergency situations of natural and technogenic character on such objects with in the novel method, based on which further vyrabatyvat are recommendations and an action plan to minimize technosphere riceers.
