Психолого-педагогические аспекты дистанционного обучения педагогов в системе постдипломного образования

Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость разработки специальной модели дистанционного обучения педагогов учреждений среднего профессионального образования в системе поствузовского образования. Раскрываются условия формирования устойчивой мотивации педагогов к профессиональному саморазвитию за счет специфических психолого-педагогических условий: положительный эмоциональный фон процесса обучения, связь обучения с профессиональной деятельностью, тьюторское сопровождение.

The author of the article substantiates the necessity of working out a special model of distant education of college teachers in the system of post-graduate training. The article reveals the conditions of forming stable motive of teachers to vocational self-development by means of specific psychological and pedagogical conditions: positive emotional atmosphere of an educational process; connection of education and vocational activity; tutoring.
