Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems associated with the development and increase of efficiency of the system of engineering education in Russia.The reasons of employers’ dissatisfaction by quality of engineers training and problems in the higher education system, influencing the quality of educational process in high school are analyzed. Steps undertaken by high school community for the decision of specified problems are considered. It is shown that only close interaction of educational system, business and authorities can serve efficient and active remedy of engineers training system transition on a qualitatively new level. The role of engineering education association in Russia in coordination of innovative processes in creation of conditions for formation of «engineers for the future» training system, reflected in engineering education developing national doctrine of Russia is analyzed. Practical experience of education and business interaction is resulted at management of target contract training system for the development block of KAMAZ inc.

Статья посвящена проблемам, связанным с развитием и повышением эффективности системы инженерного образования в России. Анализируются причины неудовлетворенности работодателей качеством подготовки инженеров, а также проблемы в системе высшего образования, влияющие на качество образовательного процесса в вузе. Рассматриваются шаги, предпринимаемые вузовским сообществом для решения указанных проблем. Показано, что только тесное взаимодействие образовательной системы, бизнеса и власти может послужить действенным и эффективным средством перехода системы подготовки инженеров на качественно новый уровень. Анализируется роль ассоциации инженерного образования России в координации инновационных процессов в создании условий для формирования системы подготовки «инженеров для будущего», отраженных в разрабатываемой национальной доктрине инженерного образования России. Приведен практический опыт взаимодействия образования и бизнеса при организации системы целевой контрактной подготовки для блока развития ОАО «КАМАЗ».
