Abstract

The process of technological formation of vocational and value attitude of a students' group supervisor in the context of teacher training consists of several stages. They include organizational and prognostic, procedural and stimulating, integral and correctional elements. Every technological stage contains key objectives, subject matter, object actions from the part of a supervisor, subject actions of students, "meeting up" of value aspirations, and result of interaction. The main aim of a supervisor in the line of the technology realization is to reach by the major part of students a relevant level of vocational and value attitude. As a result of the above mentioned aim realization the motivation of teachers should reach certain vocational and value level.

Процесс формирования профессионально-ценностной установки будущего учителя в деятельности куратора студенческой группы проходит в своем развитии несколько этапов: организационно-прогностический, процессуально-стимулирующий, интеграционно-корректирующий. Каждый этап технологии включает в себя цель, содержание, объективные действия (куратора), субъективные действия (студентов), «встречу» ценностных устремлений, результат взаимодействия. Основной задачей куратора при реализации этапов технологии является доведение основной части студентов до релевантного типа ПЦУ, в результате чего установка будущих учителей достигает профессионально-ценностного уровня.
