Некоторые особенности взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в реализации социальной ответствености: региональный аспект

Abstract

В статье исследуются особенности взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в реализации социально ответственного поведения на региональном уровне. Анализируются выгоды, получаемые государством, бизнесом и обществом от реализации социально ответственного поведения компаний. Доказывается необходимость добровольности следования принципам социальной ответственности бизнеса. Рассматриваются возможные направления региональной экономической политики, разработанные специалистами Всемирного банка, по стимулированию социально ответственного поведения компаний. Описываются препятствия для развития социальной ответственности бизнеса в условиях российской экономики. Анализируются существующие модели социальной ответственности бизнеса, классифицированные в зависимости от роли государства в регулировании ответственного поведения компаний на открытые и закрытые модели. Даются рекомендации о возможности применения выявленных моделей социальной ответственности бизнеса в условиях российской экономики.

The article studies of the interaction of government and business in the implementation of socially responsible behavior at the regional level. Analyzed the benefits the state, business and society to implement socially responsible behavior of companies. The necessity of following the principles of voluntary corporate social responsibility. Some possible areas of regional economic policy, developed by the World Bank, to promote socially responsible behavior of companies. The obstacles to the development of corporate social responsibility in the Russian economy. Analyzes existing models of social responsibility of business, classified according to the role of the state in regulating the responsible behavior of companies into open and closed models. The recommendations on the possible use of identified models of corporate social responsibility in the Russian economy.
