Концептуализация роли оценки качества образования в деятельности образовательного округа

Abstract

For the proving of the hypothes is of the selected aspect of the urgent problem: the author formulated factors of the raising of the effectivity of the management with the education; constructed the tree of aims of the effectivity in the educational okrug´s activity; explosed specific contradictions in the theory and practice in management´s activity with the using the conception of the motivatsiation, programmatic-aimed management; determined the set of teaching aids and scientific publications to help to the potential individuals of the development in management with the education on the base of the suggesting conception. The totality of the publications in the theory and practice of the motivatsiation, programmatic-aimed management depends on necessity of solving indicated higher specific contradictions and contains: a) academic knowledge in monographs on the management with the education; b) the educational materials and scientific – methodies knowledge in the teaching aids; c) the scientific articls of the post – graduates, candidates for a doctor´s degree, experienced scientists, leaders of the educational institutes, school´s psychologists in the collection of articals on the materials of scientific – practical conferences of the management with the education. In the conclusion of the article the author revead the role in the voluation of the quality of the education in the educational okrug´s activity.

Для доказательства гипотезы избранного аспекта актуальной проблемы: сформулированы факторы повышения эффективности управления образованием; построено дерево целей эффективности деятельности образовательного округа; вскрыты специфические противоречия в теории и практики управленческой деятельности с использованием концепции мотивационного программно-целевого управления; определен комплект авторских учебных пособий и научных изданий в помощь потенциальным субъектам развития управления образованием на основе предложенной концепции. Совокупность изданий по теории и практике мотивационного программно-целевого управления обусловлена необходимостью разрешения указанных выше специфических противоречий и содержит: а) академические знания в монографиях; б) учебные и научно-методические знания в учебных пособиях; в) научные статьи аспирантов, докторантов, опытных, учёных, руководителей образовательных учреждений и школьных психологов в сборниках статей по научно-практическим конференциям. В заключение указана роль оценки качества образования в деятельности образовательного округа.
