The article raises the problem of psychological support of students in vocational training. Summarized results of a longitudinal study of the dynamics of psychological determinants of professional development at the university, as well as data of the questionnaire exposing the relevance of psychological support for students of different stages of training. The attention is focused on the differences in the technology of psychological support, depending on the department and the training phase. The tasks have been proposed in solution of which the psychological service of the university could take part, as well as the possible forms of activity under the program of psychological support. The relevance and importance of organization of psychological support in the institution have been emphasized, in particular by the specialists of psychological services.

В статье поднимается проблема психологического сопровождения студентов в процессе профессионального обучения. Представлены обобщенные результаты проведенного лонгитюдного исследования динамики психологических детерминант профессионального становления в вузе, а также данные анкетного опроса выявляющего актуальность психологического сопровождения для студентов разных этапов обучения. Акцентируется внимание на различиях в технологии психологического сопровождения в зависимости от факультета и этапа обучения. Предложены задачи, в решении которых могла бы принять участие психологическая служба вуза, а также возможные формы работы по программе психологического сопровождения. Подчеркивается актуальность и важность организации системы психологического сопровождения в вузе, в частности специалистами психологической службы.
