Abstract

В статье, на основе определения основных факторов и его составляющих, разработан алгоритм последовательных, логически связанных этапов перехода от традиционного предприятия к предприятию инновационного типа на основе становления интрапренерства. Приводится анализ экономической эффективности инновационной предпринимательской идеи: на основе определения экспертами важности показателей модели обеспечения эффективности интрапренерства путем использования методики квалиметрического моделирования оценок экспертов, рассчитывается показатель «эффективности интрапренерства». По авторским прогнозам оптимальный уровень показателя должен превышать 0,5, однако необходимо отметить, что достижение такого уровня возможно со 2 3-го года существования интрапренерской структуры. Предлагаемая методика апробирована на практике и может быть использована для формирования интрапренерства на крупных и средних предприятиях как один из методов реализации инновационной деятельности малых предприятий.

In this article, based on the definition of key factors and its components, developed an algorithm consistent, logically connected stages of the transition from the traditional enterprise to enterprise innovation typebased becoming intrapreneurship. Аnalysis of economic efficiency of innovative business idea is: based on the determination of experts the importance of the model parameters ensure the effectiveness of intrapreneurship by using methods of kvalimetricheskogo modeling expert estimates score calculated "efficiency intrapreneurship". On the author's projected optimum level indicator should exceed 0.5, but it should be noted that the achievement of this level is possible with the 2 3rd year of existence intraprenerskoy structure. The proposed method was tested in practice and can be used for the formation of intrapreneurship in large and medium-sized enterprises as one of the methods of implementation of the innovation activities of small businesses.
