Abstract

Рассматривается методика вычисления удельного расхода электроэнергии при механизированной добыче нефти установками штанговых глубинных насосов. Рассматриваются все элементы насосной установки, в которых происходят потери энергии. Анализируются различные подходы к определению потребляемой из электрической сети мощности, влияние на энергетические характеристики установки циклического характера нагрузки и степени сбалансированности станка-качалки.

The paper describes the method of calculating of energy intensity in artificial lift of sucker rod pumping units. We consider all the elements of the pumping unit, in which there are losses of energy. Different approaches to the consumption of electric power networks are analyzed, the impact on an energy characteristics of the installation of the cyclic nature of the load and the degree of balance beam pumping unit.
