Abstract

In the article efficiency of interaction of the invited researchers with young scientists within action 1.5 of Federal target program «Scientific and scientific and pedagogical shots of innovative Russia» for 2009-2013 is analysed. Recommendations about increase of efficiency of use of scientific and educational potential of the Russian scientific diaspora abroad for development of national system of a science, education and high technologies are offered.

В статье проанализирована эффективность взаимодействия приглашенных исследователей с молодыми учеными в рамках мероприятия 1.5 ФЦП «Научные и научно-педагогические кадры инновационной России» на 2009-2013 гг. в 2009-2010 гг. Предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности использования научного и образовательного потенциала российской диаспоры за рубежом для развития отечественной системы науки, образования и высоких технологий.
