
The article contains the analyses of the characteristics of educational environment which better promotes the development of a student’s personality. The author gives an authentic definition of the concept “educational information environment”, represents the principles of projection, pedagogical conditions of forming and effective functioning of educational information environment within the institution of secondary professional education.

Приводится аутентичное определение категории «информационно-образовательная среда», обозначаются принципы проектирования, педагогические условия формирования и эффективного функционирования информационно-образовательной среды учреждения среднего профессионального образования.
