Abstract

В статье представлены результаты одного из этапов исследования, проведённого в рамках выполнения государственного задания ФГБОУ ВО «НГУ им. П.Ф. Лесгафта, Санкт-Петербург» на выполнение научно-исследовательской работы «Разработка модельных характеристик специальной подготовленности на этапах годичного цикла и совершенствования системы педагогического контроля (на примере видов спорта: бокс, тхэквондо)». (Приказ Минспорта России от 07 апреля 2015 года №318). На отмеченном этапе исследования собирались и анализировались данные об уровне физической подготовленности высококвалифицированных тхэквондистов, как одного из компонентов модельных характеристик их специальной подготовленности. Анализировались данные по общей и специальной физической подготовленности высококвалифицированных спортсменов, в тхэквондо (ВТФ) и тхэквондо (ИТФ).

Results of one of investigation phases which is carried out within performance of the state task "NSU of P.F. Lesgaft, St. Petersburg" on performance of research work "Development of model characteristics of special readiness at stages of a year cycle and improvement of system of pedagogical control are presented in article (on the example of sports: boxing, taekwondo)". (The order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia of April 07, 2015 No. 318). At noted investigation phase the data upon the level of the physical fitness of highly skilled taekwondo fighters as one of the components of model characteristics of their special readiness were collected and analyzed. Data on the general and special physical fitness of highly skilled athletes, in taekwondo (VTF) and taekwondo (ITF) were analyzed
